The purpose of the Nutrition and Dietetics Master’s Program is: to train expert dietitians with practical and applied knowledge, who can identify and analyze individual and social problems related to nutrition, offer solutions, develop necessary nutrition policies, counsel individuals on food selection and nutrition based on physiological, psychological, socio-cultural and economic conditions, provide nutrition education, provide health promotion, prevent diseases and create the necessary infrastructure for dietary factors effective in treatment, have knowledge, skills and sensitivity, follow and interpret scientific literature, open to interdisciplinary studies, plan and carry out projects independently or as a team, interpret the results, advanced knowledge of statistical methods, present at meetings, publish in national and/or international journals, take responsibility within the framework of quality management and processes, act in accordance with professional ethical rules and use computers and other technological tools effectively.
