Department of Pharmaceutical Toxicology

Pharmaceutical Toxicology examines the toxic effects of chemicals on living organisms and defines the harmlessness limits of chemicals. It is a pharmacy discipline that studies the cellular, biochemical and molecular mechanisms of the toxic effects of all chemical substances, including drugs. It carries out research in the following areas in order to obtain toxicity data of drugs and various chemicals and to identify the harmful effects of these data on both humans and the environment.
