How to Apply via Bilateral Agreement (Nomination)
If you wish to study at Ankara Medipol University as an Erasmus exchange student, you should contact your home university first. Students whose home institutions nominate have to submit online applications and all other accompanying documents required for application. Students may apply for the Fall semester or the Spring Semester for the entire academic year to follow the announcements released by the Erasmus Office.

The Fall and Spring semester offerings may not be finalized on the day of your application. However, checking previous Fall and Spring semester offerings will help you decide.
Ankara Medipol University is an English medium University. Therefore, applicants whose native language is not English are required to prove their proficiency in English by presenting a letter issued by their home University International Office indicating that they can follow the courses in English.
The Required Documents (Procedures)
1. Copy of passport
2. Incoming Student Application form
3. Learning Agreement (OLA is ready to use to implement EWP (Erasmus Without Paper) procedures and if your university template is sufficient for OLA, it is also acceptable: https://learning-agreement.eu/ . If mentioned EWP procedures are not implemented at your institution, we may start to process documents as papers scanned to PDF (old way).
4. Copy of health insurance policy. (NT! Health insurance has to cover repatriation and Covid-19 conditions as well. The insurance has to be valid in Turkey, and the amount of insurance must not be less than EUR 30,000.)
5. Transcript of records from Home Institution (in English)
6. 2 passport size photos
These documents should be sent to AMU Erasmus Office via e-mail [email protected] till 30 August for Fall Term/ till 31 January for Spring Term.
An Acceptance letter will be sent via e-mail when you submit these documents.
