Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee

Ethics Committee meetings are held on Tuesdays in the first and third weeks of each month. Therefore, the application file must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee, together with the Application Documents Checklist, no later than the end of working hours on the Friday preceding the meeting day.

Points to note when submitting documents:

  • The application file must be prepared using the current forms published on the Ethics Committee website.
  • All documents attached to the application must be identical to the originals and must bear wet signatures or be initialed by all researchers.
  • All members of the research team must be informed about every aspect of the research.
  • The research must be conducted in accordance with the submitted protocol, the relevant legislation, the current World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki and the current principles of Good Clinical Practice. The principal investigator is responsible for ensuring that these processes are carried out as stated.
  • Upon completion of the research, the final report of the study must be submitted to our Committee.
  • If the study cannot be completed for any reason, the Ethics Committee must be informed.
