About Us

The Tender and Procurement Management Office is the unit responsible for conducting the tender and/or direct procurement processes of Ankara Medipol University for transactions such as the purchase and sale of goods and services, construction works, the purchase and sale of real estate, leasing, renting out, barter, and the establishment of limited real rights. Our unit also carries out, in accordance with University regulations, the procurement of goods and services within the scope of funds provided by public institutions and organizations, as well as international organizations, for research and development projects.

All tender and/or direct procurement processes are conducted within the framework of the Ankara Medipol University Tender Regulation, published in the Official Gazette No. 31496 dated 30 May 2021, and the Regulation on Tenders of Foundation Higher Education Institutions, published in the Official Gazette No. 30597 dated 16 November 2018.

Our activities are based on the principles of transparency, competition, equal treatment, reliability, confidentiality, public oversight, meeting needs under appropriate conditions and in a timely manner, and the efficient use of resources.
