CALL FOR ERASMUS+ APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2026/2027 SPRING SEMESTER/ ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILITY FOR STUDIES

Applications for the 2026/2027 Academic Year Spring Semester Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies are now open for students of Ankara Medipol University.

Students who wish to undertake a period of study at one of our partner higher education institutions abroad under the Erasmus+ Programme are required to submit their applications in accordance with the application dates and requirements specified below.

Students are strongly advised to carefully review all information and documents related to the application process and to ensure that their applications are completed accurately and submitted within the specified application period.

1. APPLICATION CALENDAR AND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

2. ERASMUS+ APPLICATION METHOD AND PLATFORM

Applications for the 2026/2027 Academic Year Spring Semester Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies will be submitted online through the Turna Portal Online Application System.

Application Period: 7 September 2026 – 19 October 2026

Applicants can log in to the application system using their Turkish Republic ID number and e-Government password.

As applications cannot be accepted after the application deadline, students are strongly advised not to wait until the final day to complete their applications.

3. AMU ERASMUS ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXAM

Students applying for Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies may document their foreign language proficiency through the AMU Erasmus English Language Proficiency Exam administered by Ankara Medipol University or through an accepted equivalent examination.

a. Application for the Language Proficiency Exam

Students who wish to take the AMU Erasmus English Language Proficiency Exam are required to complete the Exam Application Form electronically and submit a signed and scanned copy to the e-mail address indicated below.

Applicants are advised to complete the form electronically. Handwritten entries are not recommended, except for the signature.

b. Exam Details

Exam Name: AMU Erasmus English Language Proficiency Exam

Exam Date: 3 October 2026 (Saturday)

Start Time: 12:00

End Time: 15:00

Exam Duration: 180 minutes

c. Exam Venue

Ankara Medipol University Central Campus, Building B

Detailed information regarding the examination rooms will be announced later on the University's official website.

d. Exam Content

The AMU Erasmus English Language Proficiency Exam is designed at TOEFL ITP level.

The exam consists of a total of 80 multiple-choice questions and one Writing section, as follows:

• 20 Listening questions
• 20 Grammar questions
• 20 Reading questions
• 20 Vocabulary questions
• Writing 

Exam Duration: 180 minutes

Validity Period of the Exam Result: 5 years

e. Equivalent Examinations

The foreign language scores obtained from the following examinations may be accepted for Erasmus+ applications, subject to the applicable institutional evaluation and equivalency criteria:

• YDS
• YÖKDİL
• e-YDS
• e-YÖKDİL
• TOEFL

The scoring and evaluation criteria applicable to equivalent examinations are specified in detail in the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies Annoucement text.

4. APPLICATION EVALUATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies applications will be evaluated in accordance with Ankara Medipol University's Erasmus+ student selection criteria and the relevant legislation and regulations.

The Erasmus+ application results will be announced on the official website of Ankara Medipol University on 28 October 2026.

Students who wish to appeal against the application results or withdraw from their Erasmus+ mobility entitlement may do so during the following period:

28 October 2026 – 4 November 2026
