Course Registration Procedures

Students who believe they have registered for too few or too many courses may withdraw from courses they are enrolled in, provided that they submit a written application within the periods specified in the academic calendar and obtain the favorable opinion of their advisor and the approval of the head of department.
Students who do not renew their course registration within these specified periods may not attend classes in that semester and may not benefit from student rights, and these periods are counted towards their period of study. Students who do not complete their registration renewal are referred to as inactive students; the period spent as an inactive student is included in the maximum period of study. Students may not benefit from student rights while they remain in inactive status.
Associate and undergraduate students may register for courses after paying their tuition fees.
For graduate students, course registration is completed once they have selected their courses, obtained their advisor's approval and paid their fees.
Students are responsible for all registration renewal procedures.
