The 19th International Conference on Information Security and Cryptology will be held on "20-21 October 2026" at the Conference Halls of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority. This year's main theme of the conference has been set as "Cyber Warfare in the New World Order", with the sub-themes "Cyber Resilience and Deterrence", "Platform Cybersecurity" and "Technology Wars and Cyber Espionage in Global Competition".

Information
The International Conference on Information Security and Cryptology (ISC TÜRKİYE) is organized by the Information Security Association in cooperation with the National Intelligence Academy, Gazi University, Istanbul Technical University, Middle East Technical University, TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Ankara University and Hacettepe University, and supported by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Presidency of Defence Industries, the Cyber Security Directorate, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority and IEEE Türkiye. Since 2007, it has been the most important event in its field in our country, where scientific and sectoral work in these areas is shared, university-public-industry cooperation is developed, the public is informed and educated, and knowledge is exchanged among scientists, researchers and industry practitioners. The main objectives of this conference include helping members of society internalize information security, cryptology and related concepts, which are important for every country; contributing to the growth of scientific knowledge in this field in our country; and enhancing cooperation between institutions and the industry. This year's main theme of the International Conference on Information Security and Cryptology has been set as 'Future Approaches in Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Regulations'. During the conference, in addition to panels, training sessions and topics on which invited speakers will share their views, the papers presented by distinguished researchers are expected to contribute greatly to making the conference more productive and beneficial, and in particular to achieving the targeted outcomes. Papers submitted by academics and practitioners to the conference organizing committee for publication in the proceedings of this IEEE-recognized conference, which will bring together international academic oral and written papers, will be evaluated by at least three expert reviewers in the field. Papers approved through the review reports will be selected for oral or poster presentation and printed in the proceedings. Papers meeting IEEE standards and quality may be selected for publication in the IEEE Xplore database. Our conference was also supported by the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, and was recognized as part of the "Cyber Security Awareness Month" activities. The ISC Türkiye 2026 Conference, the 19th edition of which we will organize on 20-21 October 2026, will be held at the Conference Halls of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority. During the conference, in addition to panels, presentations, training sessions and talks by invited speakers, the papers presented by distinguished researchers are expected to contribute greatly to making the conference more productive and beneficial.
