MISSION

Our mission is to contribute to the advancement of dialysis treatment, which holds an autonomous place in the field of health sciences, by training health technicians to work in dialysis units who, in line with national and international standards, are sensitive to people, society and ethical principles; prioritize patient and employee safety; embrace the delivery of quality-focused healthcare; are open to interdisciplinary collaboration and communication; have strong empathy skills; aim to continuously renew themselves in line with scientific principles; use contemporary knowledge and technology effectively and think analytically; meet all the needs of patients with diseases requiring dialysis treatment and take part in every stage of dialysis treatment; and are equipped with knowledge and skills specific to the field of dialysis and professionally competent.

VISION

Our vision is to be a leading educational program that follows and applies scientific developments in the field of dialysis; is grounded in quality and continuous improvement in education; is preferred at the national and international level; and trains patriotic young people and health professionals committed to Atatürk’s principles and the fundamental values of the Republic of Türkiye.
