The Department of Strategy Development at Ankara Medipol University is a core unit that puts the university's strategic vision into practice, ensures the most efficient use of institutional resources and plays a key role in the planning of administrative processes.

To enhance the quality of education at our university and support its role as a leader in research, we carry out a wide range of activities, from budget preparation and performance monitoring to the establishment of internal control systems and institutional reporting.
