Department of Construction and Technical Affairs

The Department of Construction and Technical Affairs is the administrative unit responsible for carrying out all technical and construction processes related to the planning, design, construction and operation of the physical infrastructure of Ankara Medipol University's campuses. In line with our university's strategic goals, our Department aims to create modern, safe and sustainable living spaces.

Within this scope, our core duties include preparing project designs, cost estimates and budgets for new building projects, starting from needs analysis; conducting tender and contracting processes; and ensuring on-site control and supervision of construction works. In addition, the maintenance, repair and technical operation of the educational buildings, research hospitals, social facilities, dormitories and open spaces on our existing campuses are carried out under the coordination of our Department.

With its expert staff drawn from various disciplines of architecture and engineering, our unit approaches technical processes holistically, prioritizing quality, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance. Licensing, permit and inspection processes conducted with official institutions and organizations are meticulously monitored, and all technical activities of our university are managed with a transparent and sustainable approach.
