Private Law (with Thesis)

The Private Law Master's Program with Thesis aims to help students develop their knowledge and skills in the field of private law in depth. Offering advanced education in core private law disciplines such as civil law, commercial law, law of obligations and labor law, the program also addresses current topics such as artificial intelligence, digitalization in the judiciary and sustainability, thereby responding to the contemporary needs of legal education.

The program aims to train competent legal professionals with well-developed analytical thinking and research skills who will contribute to the effective functioning of the legal system in both academic and professional settings. Throughout their studies, students expand their knowledge through theoretical courses and develop their scientific research and writing skills through their thesis work. By focusing on current issues such as the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into legal processes, the innovations digitalization brings to the judicial system and the development of sustainable legal policies, the program ensures that students are prepared for the legal challenges of the future.

In this context, while analyzing the applications of artificial intelligence in the legal system, the digitalization of judicial processes and the principles of sustainability, students also have the opportunity to examine the legal problems encountered in these areas and their solutions. Thesis work enables students to conduct in-depth research on a specific topic and contribute to the body of knowledge in that field.

The Private Law Master's Program with Thesis offers students opportunities to advance in their academic careers, while also aiming to train experts who will contribute to legal practice and the development of legal policy. Graduates who successfully complete the program acquire the qualifications to pursue academic careers as well as a variety of positions in the private sector and public institutions.
