Public Law (Non-Thesis)

The Public Law Non-Thesis Master's Program aims to develop students' knowledge and skills in the field of public law without requiring them to write a thesis. Offering advanced education in core areas of public law such as constitutional law, administrative law and human rights law, the program also covers current topics such as artificial intelligence, climate change and digitalization, thereby responding to the contemporary needs of legal education.

The program aims to train competent legal professionals with well-developed analytical thinking and practical skills who will contribute to the effective functioning of the legal system in both academic and professional settings. Throughout the program, students build their knowledge through theoretical courses and have the opportunity to put this knowledge into practice through practical applications. By focusing in particular on current issues such as the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into legal processes, the legal dimensions of climate change policies and the innovations that digitalization brings to the legal system, the program ensures that students are prepared for the legal challenges of the future.

In this context, students examine fundamental topics of public law such as constitutional adjudication and the theory of administrative acts in depth, and have the opportunity to evaluate the legal problems encountered in these areas and their solutions. The program enables students to gain in-depth knowledge and skills in public law without the burden of writing a thesis.

While offering students opportunities to advance in their academic careers, the Public Law Non-Thesis Master's Program also aims to train experts who will contribute to legal practice and the development of legal policy. Graduates who successfully complete the program are qualified to work in a variety of positions in public institutions and the private sector.
