Clinical Psychology (with Thesis)

The Ankara Medipol University Clinical Psychology Master's Program with Thesis aims to train socially and ethically responsible clinical psychologists equipped with theoretical interest and practical skills. The program comprises two concentrations, “Adult” and “Child and Adolescent”. In addition to the compulsory courses, students are expected to take elective courses in the area in which they wish to specialize (child and adolescent or adult), successfully complete a clinical practicum, and carry out a supervised psychotherapy process with clients from the clinical population. Alongside clinical psychology, the program also offers theoretical knowledge from subfields such as developmental psychology, neuropsychology, health psychology and cognitive psychology. To graduate from the program, students who have successfully completed their coursework, practicum and supervision are required to complete a thesis based on scientific research in clinical psychology.
