Ankara Medipol University Receives Its Second Patent Registration

Dear Academics and Students,

Ankara Medipol University has received its second patent registration.

The patent application titled “BIOSENSOR ENABLING IMPEDIMETRIC MEASUREMENT OF L-FABP PROTEIN” has been approved by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, becoming the second patent held by our university. The invention, developed by Assist. Prof. Ceyhan CERAN SERDAR, faculty member at the Ankara Medipol University Faculty of Medicine, our student Zeynep Sabra TUTAR, and Assoc. Prof. Zihni Onur UYGUN of the Kars Kafkas University Faculty of Medicine, was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office under number TR 2021 019923 B following an application submitted through the Ankara Medipol University Technology Transfer Office.
