4th International Congress on Medical Law Successfully Concluded

The 4th International Congress on Medical Law, jointly organized by our University and Istanbul Medeniyet University, was successfully held online. Now in its fourth year, the Congress opened with speeches by Prof. Dr. Fulya İlçin Gönenç, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Ankara Medipol University; Prof. Dr. İbrahim Subaşı, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Medeniyet University; and Prof. Dr. Gülfettin Çelik, Rector of Istanbul Medeniyet University.

Over the course of the Congress, international speakers from various countries and leading experts from Türkiye addressed a wide range of topics, including current issues in medical law, the protection of personal health data, the COVID-19 pandemic from a medical law perspective, advanced technology applications in medicine, medical ethics, and pharmaceutical and pharmacy law. Marked by its interdisciplinary approach, the two-day Congress attracted strong participant interest and concluded with a session titled Current Issues in Health Law.
