Ankara Medipol University in Hatay on the Anniversary of the February 6 Earthquakes

On the 1st anniversary of the earthquakes dubbed the "Disaster of the Century", which struck on Monday, February 6, 2023, with magnitudes of 7.7 and 7.6, the first at 04:17 centred in Pazarcık, Kahramanmaraş, and the second at 13:24 centred in Elbistan, Kahramanmaraş, affecting 11 provinces and, according to official figures, claiming the lives of 53,537 people and injuring 107,213 others, Ankara Medipol University provided boots, coats and toys to earthquake survivors in Hatay. Though time has passed, our grief is still fresh. We share the pain of the earthquake survivors and strive to embrace them with love. We have not forgotten, and we will never forget.
