We Held Our "In Light of Basic Audiology: Meet the Editors and Book Signing Day" Event The "In Light of Basic Audiology: Meet the Editors and Book Signing Day" event, held today by our Audiometry Program, proved to be an eye-opening and inspiring professional experience for our students. It was a great honor for us to welcome to our university Prof. Dr. Erol BELGİN and Prof. Dr. Ayşe Sanem ŞAHLI, the distinguished editors of Temel Odyoloji (Basic Audiology), the first fundamental resource in the field of audiology, as well as Prof. Dr. Ayşe Sanem ŞAHLI as the editor of Pediatrik Odyoloji (Pediatric Audiology), the first comprehensive work in pediatric audiology. We extend our sincere thanks to the Director of our Vocational School of Health Services, Assist. Prof. Korhan ÖZTURAN, and our Deputy Director, Lect. Muammer ÇEVİK, for their strong support in making this event possible. We thank our Vocational School of Health Services Deputy Director, Lect. Semiha ERKOCA, for honoring us with her attendance. We also thank our Department of Health, Culture and Sports for their support, as they stood by us today, just as they do at all events that enrich the student experience at our university. The talk, experience sharing and book signing became meaningful moments that broadened our students' perspective on audiology, developed their professional vision and boosted their motivation for the future. We wholeheartedly thank our esteemed faculty members who contributed and our students who showed such great interest. Today, we once again moved forward together on our audiology journey.
