Orientation Event for Audiometry Program Students
On Saturday, October 4, an enjoyable and informative “Orientation Event” was held for our Audiometry Program students at our University's Anafartalar Campus. Organized through the dedicated efforts of our Program Head, Lecturer Hava YILDIZ, and Lecturer Eyyüp Diyar DOĞAN, the event gave our students the opportunity both to learn about the program and to get to know one another.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all those who honored our event with their participation:
- Our esteemed Prof. Dr. Erol BELGİN, one of the most distinguished figures in the field, who pioneered the establishment of Audiometry, Audiology, and Speech and Language Therapy in our country, shaped the development of these disciplines and laid the foundations of professional education in the field;
- Assist. Prof. Korhan ÖZTURAN, Director of the Vocational School of Health Services, and Lecturer Semiha ERKOCA, Deputy Director of the Vocational School of Health Services, for their support and participation;
- Our graduates who are now industry representatives and who did not leave us alone on this occasion;
- Our Audiometry Program graduates who are continuing their education in the Speech and Language Therapy and Audiology departments of our University's Faculty of Health Sciences through the Vertical Transfer Exam;
- And, of course, our first- and second-year students, the true energy of the Audiometry family; thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
