1st International "Breastfeeding Reality" Congress

Prof. Dr. Nevin Şanlıer, Dean of our university's Faculty of Health Sciences, and Lecturer Sinem Ceylan of the Vocational School of Health Services attended the 1st International "Breastfeeding Reality" Congress, held in Ankara from 30 September to 3 October.

At the congress, organized by the TEMAS Association and Hacettepe University with Ankara Medipol University as a supporting institution and attended by many invited international organizations, our Dean chaired the panel session titled “Breastfeeding and Nutrition”, while our Lecturer delivered a talk titled “Integration of the Baby-Friendly Initiative into the Quality System”. Our Lecturer's presentation of the “Breastfeeding Counseling Profile Workshop” report also drew a large audience.

Our faculty students showed great interest in the sessions of the successfully held congress.
