The Physiology Doctoral Program is a graduate program that examines the physiological mechanisms of the organism at the cellular, molecular and systemic levels in depth and aims to conduct original scientific research. The program seeks to equip students with the competence to carry out independent research, develop innovative solutions to scientific problems and generate scientific knowledge at an international level.

Within the program, students receive theoretical and practical training in advanced physiology, experimental research methods, molecular and cellular physiology, neurophysiology, endocrine physiology and related current research areas. Throughout the doctoral process, which is supported by modern laboratory infrastructure and an experienced academic staff, students have the opportunity to take part in interdisciplinary research projects, prepare scientific publications and present their work at national and international scientific meetings.

The Physiology Doctoral Program aims to train qualified researchers and academics who adhere to the principles of scientific ethics, think critically, are able to lead research and development activities and contribute to the advancement of health sciences. Graduates of the program are well equipped to work as academics, researchers and specialists at universities, research centers, healthcare institutions, and R&D-focused public and private sector organizations.
