Invention and Design Registration

Dear Researchers,

If the Intellectual and Industrial Property Board (FSMK) decides that an invention or design you have disclosed should be registered, the entire registration process is carried out by the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Licensing Office (FSMHLO) of the Ankara Medipol University Technology Transfer Office (TTO).

At this stage, the type of registration the invention or design will be subject to (patent, utility model, design, etc.) and the countries in which protection will be sought are also determined.

The registration process must be carried out in close cooperation between the inventor or designer and patent experts.
