What Is the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS)?

EBYS is software that enables all correspondence-related processes to be carried out electronically. It allows institutions to manage electronically the documents they produce in the course of their administrative work. It enables both correspondence between internal units and correspondence with other public institutions and organizations to be conducted electronically.

Conducting all correspondence electronically:

• Increases the institution's efficiency and simplifies document management.
• Improves documentation processes and strengthens internal communication by speeding up access to information.
• Aims to shorten routing, initialing and approval times.
• Saves effort and time and offers an environmentally friendly approach by reducing paper consumption.

• A website is available. · Users can request an account from the Department of Information Technologies by e-mailing [email protected].
• A VPN program is required for remote access to the EBYS system. If the VPN program is not installed on their computer, users can request installation by e-mailing [email protected].
