Our Units
1) PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICE
In line with the University's strategic goals, the main purpose of the Project Support Office is to provide academic staff with guidance, information and administrative support throughout national and international projects, from application to closure (including forwarding the documents required for procurement and financial transactions to the relevant units and following up on them); to inform and encourage units and researchers about calls for project proposals; to organize the training needed; to foster collaboration; and to offer coordination and consultancy services in project preparation (technical review of projects and verification of their eligibility for the relevant programme).
2) UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRY COLLABORATION OFFICE
The main purpose of the University-Industry Collaboration Office is to build a bridge between the academic knowledge of the University's faculty members and students and the financial strength of the public and industrial sectors, ensuring that potential R&D and innovation collaborations are managed professionally and that projects are strengthened through these partnerships. Within this scope, the unit carries out business development activities and provides faculty members with technical support and consultancy on collaboration and company formation processes.
3) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LICENSING OFFICE
Our Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Licensing Office, operating within the Technology Transfer Office, was established in 2021. The Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Licensing Office carries out the application, registration and commercialization procedures required to protect the intellectual and industrial property rights of inventions by the University's academic staff, students and employees, in accordance with University regulations. Within this scope, efforts are made to expand the University's intellectual and industrial property portfolio and enhance its quality, and training is provided on intellectual and industrial property.
Within a short time of its establishment, the Office has secured 2 registered National Patent applications, while our other applications, both in Türkiye and abroad, are still in progress. In addition, our patent application no. TR 2021 019923 B, registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, ranked 1st in the Patentle Türkiye Universities Competition.
People usually tell everyone, “Don't go inventing trouble.” But as the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Licensing Office, we say, “Go ahead and invent!” In this regard, we would like to emphasize that we are always here for our faculty members and students to help protect their ideas and file patent applications, and that we will be happy to support them.

4) FINANCE AND SUPPORT OFFICE
The Finance and Support Office follows up on all implementation-related (accounting and financial) procedures for projects carried out by the University and supported by the Ministry of Development, TÜBİTAK, the Ankara Development Agency, European Union funds, consultancy projects, industry collaboration projects and Scientific Research Projects (BAP).
5) ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INCUBATION CENTER
The main purpose of the Entrepreneurship Center is to bring all entrepreneurs, especially faculty members and students, into the entrepreneurship ecosystem in order to spread an entrepreneurial culture and innovative thinking and to contribute new, high value-added ideas and products to the national economy. Within this scope, the unit carries out activities such as delivering training to develop entrepreneurs, preparing and running programmes, providing students with Applied Entrepreneurship Training on preparing business plans and feasibility studies in cooperation with TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB and other relevant institutions, and offering coaching and mentoring to student entrepreneurs.
