Dear 2025 Graduates and Esteemed Families,
Ankara Medipol University’s 2025 Graduation Ceremonies will take place on July 8, 2025, at Ankara Sports Hall. All graduating students and their guests are welcome to attend the ceremony freely; there is no limitation on the number of guests. We would be honored by your participation in this meaningful event.
Ankara Medipol University Rectorate
It is not required to have officially graduated in order to attend the ceremony. All students in their final year of study during the 2024–2025 academic year are eligible to participate, even if their graduation procedures are not yet completed. Participation is entirely free of charge, and no fees are required.
Students attending the graduation ceremony are required to wear the official Ankara Medipol University cap and gown set. Participation in the ceremony with any gown other than the university’s official design will not be permitted.
Obtaining the gown and cap is the student’s responsibility. The official cap and gown set is available for purchase from the Girls’ Dormitory Directorate located at the Main Campus.
CEREMONY START AND END TIMES
🕙 10:00 – 15:00
Students must be present at the Ankara Atatürk Sports Hall entrance between 09:00 – 09:30 on the day of the ceremony.
After entering, students should change into their cap and gown in the designated changing rooms.
Graduates will proceed to the seating areas arranged by faculty and department in an orderly manner.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00.
Please adhere strictly to the schedule to ensure the smooth progress of the ceremony.
Note: Due to the preparations required for the second ceremony starting at 16:30, students participating in the first ceremony are kindly requested to leave the venue after completing their photo sessions. This is essential to allow for cleaning and setup without disruption.
🕠 16:30 – 19:00
Students from SHMYO, MYO, and ADMYO must arrive at the Ankara Atatürk Sports Hall between 15:30 – 16:00 on the ceremony day.
They will prepare by changing into their cap and gown in the designated rooms, and then proceed to the seating areas allocated to them.
The second graduation ceremony will begin at 16:30.
