General Secretariat

The General Secretariat, composed of the Secretary General, Deputy Secretary Generals, and affiliated units, is responsible for ensuring coordination among the administrative departments within the university for their effective and harmonious functioning. Operating under the authority of the Rector, the Secretariat is also responsible for conducting correspondence with the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and other official institutions in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.

It is also among the responsibilities of the General Secretariat to establish a sufficient staff to perform administrative duties in line with the university’s objectives.
