Erasmus+ mobility is an exchange program supported by the Turkish National Agency, in EU program countries (with and without grants) to study at partner institutions or to do internships at institutions/companies/universities related to the participant’s field (with and without agreement).
Erasmus Office grants the students according to the principles of the Erasmus+ Program determined by the Turkish National Agency. The amount of the grants received can change according to the countries and the mobility dates of the student. The student should contact the host institution for accommodation.
The University guarantees full recognition of the courses/ traineeship studied abroad.
-The Erasmus program is not a “foreign language learning program”.
-The Erasmus program is not exactly a “scholarship” program.
-The Erasmus program is not a “diploma” program.

Process
-The Mobility Call should be open for application.
-Please read carefully the announcement text of the related Call. The evaluation criteria, conditions of admission and required documents are declared in the announcement text. The applications can be completed via E-government. Hence, please click here to see the open call and to apply: https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr
-The applications are evaluated by the AMU Erasmus Commission according to the criteria that were declared by the TNA and approved by the Rectorate.
-The Students have the right to withdraw after the announcement of the results for up to 1 week.
-The student who wants to withdraw from his/her right should write a petition to Erasmus Office.
-All selected students are in candidate status until they receive a visa.
ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILITY FOR STUDIES
-The student can study for one/two semesters in a partner institution within the scope of Erasmus Student Mobility for Studies. (with/without a grant). Student Mobility for studies can be carried out in a partner institution. The mobility allows the students to complete their education period (fall or spring/fall + spring semester) at our partner universities (abroad) for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months within the scope of Erasmus+ student mobility for studies.

ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIP
-The student can carry out compulsory or voluntary internships abroad within the scope of the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeship. (with/without a grant). Student Mobility for traineeship can be carried out in any institution located in Program countries without requiring an agreement (provided that the field of the internship should be relevant to the education field of the student.) for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months within the scope of Erasmus+ student mobility for traineeship.
